About This Stencil

Butterfly Digital Stencil scatters many butterfly silhouettes across a rectangular field, mixing larger open-wing shapes with smaller fluttering forms. The varied angles give the pattern a lively, airy feel instead of a strict grid. Use it as a background for a personal spring card, a journal cover, or a painted keepsake box. Select a smaller area of the pattern when decorating a narrow surface rather than shrinking every butterfly excessively. Check the smallest wings during tracing, and plan the spacing on paper before attempting repeated placements. Download the free PNG with no email, account, or sign-up. For personal, non-commercial projects only. Print for hand cutting, or trace and prepare compatible cut paths in suitable software for your cutting machine.
