Our Materials, Sizes & Cutting Process
We use a durable, reusable 10 mil Mylar plastic, a food-safe and solvent-resistant material known as one of the toughest and safest consumer-grade stencil plastics available worldwide.
This material is flexible yet sturdy, allowing for crisp, clean paint edges and long-term reuse without tearing or warping. It’s waterproof, easy to clean, and works perfectly with spray paint, airbrush, sponges, or rollers.
Whether you’re decorating wood, walls, fabric, glass, or metal, our stencils are built to deliver professional results every time.
The size you select refers to the overall sheet dimensions of the stencil.
Please note that the actual design area is typically about 10% smaller than the sheet size. This provides a clean border around the design and helps with easy positioning while painting.
For example, a design made on an 11” x 8.5” sheet may have a longest side of about 10¼ inches, while a design on a 17” x 12” sheet may measure roughly 16¼ inches on the longest side.
Please note that this doesn’t apply to every stencil — some designs are square or proportionally centered, so their dimensions may vary.

If you need a custom size, just let us know! Since every stencil is made to order, we can adjust any design to perfectly fit your project.
Each stencil is professionally laser-cut to order using a high-precision CO₂ laser machine. This technology ensures crisp, clean edges and exceptional accuracy, even in fine details.

We proudly source all our stencil materials from the USA, ensuring both safety and durability in every product we make. Every stencil is made to order, carefully inspected, and prepared to meet the highest standards before shipping.
Ordering & Shipping
All stencils are custom-made once your order is placed.
Processing typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity.
For domestic U.S. orders, standard shipping usually delivers within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Estimated delivery times for other regions:
Canada: 4–14 business days after shipment
Other countries: 7–35 business days depending on location and local postal services
At checkout, you can also choose expedited shipping for faster delivery:
USA: 1–4 business days
Canada: 1–4 business days
Worldwide: 2–7 business days
Expedited orders are shipped the same or next business day (please note we don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays).
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the shipping carrier’s website so you can follow your delivery in real time.
You can also track your package anytime by visiting the “Track Your Order” link at the top of our website — just enter your email address and order number.
If you’re unable to locate your tracking details or have any issues, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist right away.

If your order doesn’t arrive and tracking clearly shows it was lost in transit or never delivered, we’ll make it right.
Once the estimated delivery time has passed, we’ll either send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we can still send a replacement, but a small shipping fee may apply.
For a refund on delivered packages, we must first file a claim with USPS — if the claim is approved, you’ll receive your refund. Unfortunately, if USPS denies the claim, we can’t issue a refund.
If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, we’ll consider it lost and immediately offer a free replacement or full refund.
International orders may occasionally be held or delayed by customs authorities in the destination country. Unfortunately, these inspections are outside of our control, and we cannot influence or speed up the process once the package has entered your country’s customs system.
We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied during clearance. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your package has been held for an extended period, we recommend contacting your local postal service or customs office with the provided tracking number for assistance.
Rest assured, if tracking shows that your package has been lost in customs (no movement for 30+ days), please contact us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue or offer a replacement when appropriate.
Need to cancel or make a change? No problem at all. Just let us know — no questions asked, whether it’s a custom order or a standard one.
Once an order has shipped, we can’t issue a refund, but we’re happy to offer a replacement if anything isn’t right.

Product & Usage
Our stencils are easy to use and designed for clean, professional results.
Secure the stencil flat against your surface using painter’s tape or a low-tack adhesive. Apply light, even coats of paint using a brush, sponge, roller, or spray paint — avoid heavy pressure or excess paint to prevent bleeding under the edges.
For the sharpest results, build up color gradually in thin layers and remove the stencil while the paint is still slightly wet.
Our 10 mil Mylar stencils are waterproof, solvent-resistant, and reusable.
After each use, gently clean them with warm water or a mild cleaning solution (depending on the type of paint used). Avoid harsh scrubbing — a soft cloth or sponge works best.
If you use spray paint, residue can build up over time. After about 20–30 layers, once the stencil is fully dry, you can gently bend it — the dried paint will crack and easily peel off with your fingers, leaving the stencil clean and ready for reuse.
Dry the stencil completely before storage. To keep it in great shape, store flat between sheets of paper or hang it to prevent bending or creasing. With proper care, your stencil can last for dozens — even hundreds — of uses.
Our stencils work beautifully on a wide range of surfaces.
They’re ideal for wood, canvas, walls, metal, glass, fabric, concrete, paper, and plastic. The 10 mil Mylar is flexible enough to curve slightly over textured or uneven surfaces while remaining durable and tear-resistant.
For curved surfaces, walls, or even flat projects, we recommend using a light spray adhesive on the back of the stencil. Apply a thin, even coat and let it sit for a few seconds before placing it — this helps the stencil stick securely, prevents paint from bleeding, and ensures crisp, clean edges.

You can use almost any type of paint with our stencils — they’re compatible with acrylics, spray paints, chalk paints, airbrush paints, inks, and even etching creams.
For best results, choose a fast-drying paint and apply in light layers. Our 10 mil Mylar resists solvents and moisture, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects.
Refunds & Replacements – We’ve Got You Covered

If something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged, missing, or not what you expected — we’ll make it right. You can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process a return, we’ll just need your order number or last name to locate your purchase.
Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective 🔧.
Please note: after 30 days from receiving your stencil, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Our goal isn’t just returns — it’s your satisfaction. We’ll work with you personally to fix any issue quickly and make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
If your stencil arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect , don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
We offer a 100% refund or replacement for any affected item.
